Due to adjustment of import tariff policies by the United States, all shipments sent from Hong Kong will be subject to a significant increase in customs duties starting May 2, 2025. (Shipments sent on or before April 27 by Hong Kong Post, are expected to arrive at U.S. customs before the new tariff takes effect, as a result, will not be charged any duties.)
In response to this, U.S. orders placed on sugesswatch.com will have shipping method changed at the end of April 2025 — from Hong Kong Post to a private shipping company. Packages will be transported into the U.S. soil and then delivered using USPS’s Priority Mail, ensuring no customs duties are applied. Customers will receive an USPS Priority Mail tracking number. Delivery times will be similar to, or potentially faster than, the current service via Hongkong Post.
In short, U.S. customers will not be affected by the new tariff policy and will continue to enjoy duty-free shipping.
