Free Shipping

We ship mostly anywhere in the world for free by standard air parcel service, and extra postage by express, when checking out with delivery address, you will see this 2 shipping option. It will take 1-3 working days to process your order. Orders qualify for standard shipping will be shipped at no cost to you via standard air parcel delivery. We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method. Our standard air parcel main carriers are HongKong Post and SpeedPAK, and express carriers are DHL and UPS, all parcels will be tracked. Orders via HongKong Post, SpeedPAK is spend 7-14 days, and DHL/UPS just 3-5 days.

Customs / Duty

We will mark as low value and gift on the custom declaration try to let customer save any taxation, but in basically, international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS. 

Shipping Problems

If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalised before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by sugesswatch.com. If the item is received damaged, please contact sugesswatch.comwithin five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
