Sugess Watch warrants that products are free of defects in both materials and workmanship for 1 year from ORDER RECEIVE DATE (Purchase from internet) or PURCHASE DATE (Purchase from retail shop) .

If the watch exhibits a defect through normal use, Sugess Watch will at its option, either regulate, adjust, repair or replace the movement, as necessary within a reasonable time after the watch is returned during the warranty period. If this is not possible or uneconomical in our opinion, we will provide a replacement in the form of a same or equivalent model at our discretion. Return shipping is paid by Sugess Watch.
What the 1 Year warranty does not cover:
(a) Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the watch while in the possession of a consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
(b) Damage caused by accident, misuse, tampering with or failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the Instructions.
(c) Damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case, mirror, bracelet, strap or other components caused by wear or accident.
(d) Moisture damage to a watch not marked ‘water resistant’ on the case back or damage from moisture in ‘water resistant’ models that is a result of opening the watch, broken or damaged components.
(e) Damage caused by the consumer’s failure to have the watch serviced at the consumer’s expense in accordance with the schedule of regular maintenance.
(f) Product that are not purchased directly on Sugess Watch Website.
(g) the Sugess Watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, movement, services or repairs) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond Sugess Watch’s control.
The warranty is void if the serial numbers or product date codes or other tracking marks have been removed, altered or obliterated.
Requesting Warranty and Other Watch Repair:
